目前,我国的社会主义市场经济呈现出高速发展的局面,建筑行业在这种环境之下也得到了良好的进步和发展。建筑行业是拉动国民经济迅猛增长的重要产业之一,对提升我国综合国力有着不容小觑的重要作用。近些年来,伴随着我国城市化的步伐不断加快,城市建设的工程量也在显著增加,这样一个趋势不仅为建筑行业带来了巨大的发展契机,同时相应的问题也在不断滋生,对于工程质量的监理工作迫在眉睫。本文这样一个现状展开讨论,并结合国内外理论和实践资料作出深入探索,希望能在一定程度上推动该行业的发展。
At present, the socialist market economy in our country has shown a rapid development. The construction industry has also made good progress and development under such an environment. The construction industry is one of the important industries that drive the rapid growth of the national economy and plays an important role in promoting the overall national strength of our country. In recent years, along with the accelerating pace of urbanization in our country and the significant increase in urban construction, such a trend not only brings tremendous development opportunities for the construction industry, but also corresponding problems are continuously arising. Quality supervision work is imminent. This article is a status quo to discuss, combined with domestic and foreign theoretical and practical information to make in-depth exploration, hoping to some extent, promote the development of the industry.
