Longhai County is one of the main litchi producing areas in our province. However, the yield is very unstable, which causes the lack of yield of litchi. Apart from the factors such as variety characteristics, management level and soil conditions, the main reasons are weather conditions. MATERIALS AND METHODS In this paper, we use the meteorological data of Longhai Meteorological Bureau for 31 years (1960-1990) and the statistical data of litchi production in Longhai County for 31 years.
