信息随着社会经济的迅猛发展,信息化建设对企业的整体发展起到了很大的促进作用。信息化为企业经营活动的开展提供了新型的技术手段,使企业通过不断创新来获得核心竞争力的提升。信息技术能力是企业调用和整合基于信息技术的资源,使其与企业其他资源和能力进行整合的能力,信息技术能力对企业长期竞争优势的获得和保持至关重要。本文首先阐述了企业信息技术能力,然后分析了信息技术对企业竞争力的影响,给出了企业信息技术能力的构建及提升措施,最后结合实例分析了企业信息技术能力提升与企业效益提升效果。
Information With the rapid development of social economy, information construction has played a significant role in promoting the overall development of enterprises. Informationization provides a new type of technical means for enterprises to carry out their business activities and enables them to enhance their core competitiveness through continuous innovation. Information technology capabilities are the ability of enterprises to invoke and integrate information technology-based resources to integrate them with other resources and capabilities of enterprises. Information technology capabilities are crucial to the long-term competitive advantage of enterprises. Firstly, this paper elaborates the capability of enterprise information technology, then analyzes the influence of information technology on the competitiveness of enterprises, gives the construction and promotion measures of enterprise information technology capabilities, and finally analyzes the capability of enterprise information technology and the promotion of enterprise benefit with examples.
