以玻里玛不育系３１５Ａ和双隐性黄籽双低核不育两型系３２３１ＡＢ为材料，经过５年６代的回交选育，育成了核不育与质不育之比为１∶１的甘蓝型黄籽双低隐性双基因细胞核＋细胞质双重雄性不育系（ＤＲＧＣＭＳ）３２Ｙ－２Ａ。该不育系群体不育率为１００％，不育度达９８．１％以上，群体育性指数仅为１．９５，有粉花朵平均育性级别≤１．０级，且自然结实接近相应保持系３２Ｙ－２Ｂ，该双重不育系的恢保关系与玻里玛和陕２Ａ质不育系几乎完全一致。
In this study, Boligima sterile line 315A and double recessive yellow seed double low-nuclear sterile two-line type 3231AB were used as materials. After five generations of six generations of backcrossing breeding, the ratio of nuclear infertility to quality-sterile : 1 yellow-yellow double-recessive double recessive bipartite nuclear + cytoplasmic double male sterile line (DRGCMS) 32Y-2A. The male sterility of the CMS population was 100%, the sterility was more than 98.1%, the index of population fertility was only 1.95, the average fertility level of pink flowers was ≤1.0, and the natural density was close to the corresponding Retention system 32Y-2B, the double CMS relationship with Bolimab and Shaanxi 2A CMS almost exactly the same.
