目的比较两种戊二醛消毒液杀菌效果,为实际应用提供依据。方法采用理化分析和载体定量杀菌试验方法,对香型戊二醛消毒液消毒相关性能进行了实验室观察,并与普通戊二醛消毒液作平行比较。结果浓度为20 g/L该香型戊二醛消毒液对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60 min,平均杀灭对数值为5.09。相同浓度下普通戊二醛消毒液对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用60 min,平均杀灭对数值为3.98。香型戊二醛与普通戊二醛消毒液在54℃下存放14 d,其戊二醛含量下降率小于5%。结论该香型戊二醛消毒液杀灭细菌芽孢的效果略好于普通型戊二醛消毒液,但两组戊二醛消毒液都比较稳定。
Objective To compare the bactericidal effect of two kinds of glutaraldehyde disinfectant to provide the basis for practical application. Methods The physical and chemical analysis and carrier quantitative bactericidal test were used to observe the disinfection performance of glutaraldehyde disinfectant in laboratory and compared with the conventional glutaraldehyde disinfectant. The results of the concentration of 20 g / L of the fragrance glutaraldehyde disinfectant on the carrier Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores 60 min, the average kill logarithm of 5.09. Fragrance glutaraldehyde and ordinary glutaraldehyde disinfectant stored at 54 ℃ for 14 d, the glutaraldehyde content decreased less than 5%. Conclusion The effect of the fragrance glutaraldehyde disinfectant to kill bacterial spores is slightly better than that of the common glutaraldehyde disinfectant solution, but both glutaraldehyde disinfectant solutions are relatively stable.
