基因编辑技术,是人类社会的一柄双刃剑,一方面它给社会的进步带来了福音,另一方面也存在着诸多的问题,如是否跨越伦理禁区、技术本身的安全风险、代际之间的权利冲突、人类尊严、社会公平等.如何在正确认识并妥善解决争议与问题的基础上小心求证、谨慎前行成为了我们必须要把握的重点,在遵循生命伦理原则的自我立法的同时,积极对技术发展中的风险进行管控,责任主体行为进行监督,良好社会环境和法律环境进行完善具有重要而深远的意义.,Gene editing technology is a double-edged sword of human society. On the one hand, it brings good news to the progress of society. On the other hand, there are many problems, such as whether to cross the ethical boundary, the safety of technology itself, the conflict of rights between generations, human dignity, and social equity and so on. How to correctly understand and properly solve the disputes and problems on the basis of the tread of careful verification and cautiously moving forward became the focus. We must follow the self-legislation of bioethics principles, at the same time, actively control risks in the development of technology, oversight the liability subject’s behavior, social and legal environments, which has important and far-reaching significance.
