In exogenous uranium deposits, uranium is mostly adsorbed in the ore and clay minerals and organic matter are considered as important adsorbents. Research on the adsorption of montmorillonite clay minerals uranium has been reported in the literature. In this paper, the enrichment of uranium in 901 metazoan uranium deposits related to halloysite clay in the Cambrian black shale in a certain area of southern China was discussed. First, the geological overview of the deposit: the exposed alluvial shales of the Upper Sinian Shade, Cambrian Wang Yinpu Formation, and Guanyintang Formation black shales.
