随着基础教育课程改革的加速推进和课堂教学改革的不断深化,所呈现出的复杂性以及教学活动自身的特异性、多变性和不确定性,对教师的实践智慧提出了更高的挑战和要求。本文通过探讨学习共同体的内涵及分析教师实践智慧生成的关键因素,指出学习共同体可以促进教师实践智慧的培养以及教师专业化的发展,进一步给出了基于学习共同体的教师实践智慧培养的途径:唤醒教师沉睡的专业性、激活教师的实践性知识、丰富教师的实践性体验。
With the acceleration of basic education curriculum reform and the continuous deepening of classroom teaching reform, the complexity presented as well as the specificity, variability and uncertainty of teaching activities pose a higher challenge to teachers’ practical wisdom. Claim. By discussing the connotation of learning community and analyzing the key factors that result from teachers ’practical wisdom, this paper points out that learning community can promote the cultivation of teachers’ practical wisdom and the development of teachers ’professionalism, and further provides a way to cultivate teachers’ practical wisdom based on learning community: Teachers sleep professional, activate teachers ’practical knowledge, enrich teachers’ practical experience.
