目前我国小学英语教学中普遍出现的问题是:学生的应试能力较强,但是语言的实际应用能力较弱。这种现象的存在与教师的教学方法和教学理念有着密切的联系。在传统教学中,教师的教学方式较为单一,教学的主要目标是提高学生的笔试成绩。久而久之,学生养成了不愿意开口说英语的习惯。新课程标准指出,英语教学要切实提高小学生的英语口语能力,促进学生的全面发展。因此,小学英语教师应采取有效措施,提高学生英语交际的兴趣,促进学生的口语发展。
At present, the common problems in primary English teaching in our country are as follows: Students have a high ability of exams, but their ability of practical application is weak. The existence of this phenomenon is closely related to teachers’ teaching methods and teaching concepts. In the traditional teaching, the teacher’s teaching method is more single, the main goal of teaching is to improve students’ written test scores. Over time, students develop a reluctance to speak English. The new curriculum standard points out that English teaching should effectively improve pupils’ oral English ability and promote the all-round development of students. Therefore, primary English teachers should take effective measures to improve students’ interest in English communication and promote their oral development.
