目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中乌头碱的含量。方法:采用Agilent C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.05mol·l~(-1)三乙胺(磷酸调节p~H=3)(50:50),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为230nm。结果:乌头碱在进样量在0.41～3.71μg(r=0.9997)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=2.3%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于骨刺消痛胶囊中乌头碱的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of aconitine in Guzhixiao Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0.05 mol·L -1 triethylamine (phosphoric acid adjusted p ~ H = 3) (50:50) using Agilent C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) , The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1) and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results: Aconitine had a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.41 ~ 3.71μg (r = 0.9997) with the average recovery of 99.6% and RSD of 2.3% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of aconitine in Guzhixiao Capsules.
