长三角地区是中国电子信息产业发展的龙头地区，对我国电子信息产业的发展乃至整个国民经济产业链发展的推动作用都起着至关重要的作用。本文立足区域产业发展视角，深入分析了长三角的产业领跑优势作用。并从区位、技术、制度、人才、资金等各方面阐述长三角电子产业发展的战略选择，并提出相关对策：(1)设定基于后发优势、方案优化合理的产业策略。(2)构筑人才高原，克服核心技术发展瓶颈。(3)选择合理的产业链位置，不盲
