学校德育是学校教育的重要组成部分,是学校全面实施素质教育的核心,学校应始终确立以德育为首的观念,将德育工作放在学校工作的首位,不断加强和改进学校思想道德工作。近几年来,山东省青岛第44中学不断探索德育工作的有效途径及新的工作体系,积极构建主体参与、体验感悟开放式德育工作的新方式,架构起以促进学生“自主发展”为主的德育工作框架,逐步打造出“亦生亦师,知行统一”的德育品牌,使德育工作更具有实效性、针对性。
