在油田开采后期,随着低产低压油井的增多,由现有设备参数无法进一步调小所带来的油井低效生产现象较为普遍。这种状况给油田生产带来了众多危害。本文主要针对目前油田上治理低效井比较成熟的几套技术措施:包括采取间抽生产、应用二级调速装置、应用变频调速技术进行了介绍。探讨了这几种方法所解决的实际问题与所带来的系列管理弊病。稍带还涉及了它们各自的适用条件。从而为从事油田生产的基层技术人员治理低效井提供参考。
In the late stage of oilfield development, with the increase of low-yield and low-pressure oil wells, inefficient oil production due to the inability to further reduce the existing equipment parameters is more common. This situation has brought many hazards to the oilfield production. This paper mainly aims at several sets of technical measures that are currently mature in the management of inefficient wells in oilfields, including the adoption of the inter-pumping production and the application of the second-stage speed regulating device and the application of frequency conversion speed regulation technology. Explored the practical problems solved by these methods and the series of management shortcomings. Slightly involved also related to their respective conditions. Thus providing the reference for grass-roots technicians engaged in oilfield production to manage inefficient wells.
