为了进一步系统地、全面地学习苏联先进经验和科学技术以及更好地贯彻苏联专家建议,我们在十一月四日召开了全厂各级领导干部、主要工程技术人员和职员参加的扩大干部会议,对几年来向苏联学习和贯彻苏联专家建议的情况作了全面检查,并研究讨论了今后如何进一步向苏联学习和贯彻专家建议的办法。目前在学习苏联和贯彻专家建议工作中的一些缺点,主要表现在以下几方面: 一、学习不全面不系统:
