CPC技术,即煤炭分部燃烧技术,是一种先进的高效燃煤技术,经济实用,值得推广。存相当的一段时间,我们都采用煤炭微粉燃烧技术,取得了一定的成果。但也存在燃烧效率不高,煤渣中未燃成分多,环境污染严重等缺点。为此,从1984年起,日本资源厅煤炭技术研究所和川崎重工业公司协作,对CPC技术进行研究开发。CPC技术是利用在锅炉外增设一个煤炭部分燃烧炉来实现其分部燃烧的。首先,将煤和空气高速送入煤炭部分燃烧炉,使煤在炉内高速旋流并实现高温高负荷燃烧。然后,再将高温燃烧生成的可燃气体通入锅炉
