日本的校外学习,最早可追溯到1886年,当时就有“教室内教育”与“教室外教育”的分野。按照日本学者的界定,校外学习,是学校外学习的一种形态,也称野外教育。日本政府十分注重中小学生校外教育,将其纳入到法制化的轨道。为改变青少年只在学校内学习知识,进而导致与社会和自然界疏离的现状,日本文部省1997年实施了“青少年野外教育推进事业”项目。自此,全日本各地陆续开展了丰
Japan’s out-of-school study dates back to 1886 at the earliest, at the time there was a distinction between “classroom education” and “education outside of classroom”. According to the definition of Japanese scholars, learning outside the school is a form of learning outside the school, also known as field education. The Japanese government attaches great importance to primary and secondary school education outside the school, to be incorporated into the legal system. In order to change the situation that young people only learn knowledge in schools and then lead to the alienation from society and nature, the Japanese Ministry of Education and Ministry of Culture implemented the “Project of Promoting Youth Field Education” in 1997.
