目的:探讨QCC活动在提高基础护理教学质量中的应用效果。方法:对传统教学模式教学质量低的原因进行分析,制定相应对策并予以实施。结果:学生在课堂提问、思维能力、理论考核、实践技能考核方面的综合能力素质和学生对教师授课态度、理论教学能力和技能教学能力的满意度与传统教学模式比较均有明显提高(p<0.01)。结论:通过此次QCC活动的开展,提高了学生的综合能力素质,增强了教学实效,改进了基础护理教学质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of QCC activities in improving the quality of basic nursing teaching. Methods: To analyze the causes of low quality of teaching in traditional teaching mode and to develop corresponding measures and implement them. Results: Students ’ability of comprehensive ability in questioning, thinking ability, theoretical examination, practical skills assessment and students’ satisfaction with teaching attitude, theoretical teaching ability and skills teaching ability were significantly improved compared with the traditional teaching mode (p < 0.01). Conclusion: Through this QCC activity, the students’ ability of comprehensive ability is improved, the effectiveness of teaching is enhanced, and the quality of basic nursing education is improved.
