本文认为政府行为对农产品国际贸易竞争力的提高有着深远的影响,同时提出入世后政府应在以下方面做好工作:熟悉WTO贸易规则,全方位用好绿箱支持政策,改革农产品贸易体制,加强应对技术性贸易壁垒策略的运用,建立农产品生产预测预警体系和防范经营风险体系,以促进农产品国际贸易竞争力的提高。
This paper argues that the government behavior has a far-reaching impact on the improvement of the competitiveness of agricultural products in international trade. At the same time, it proposes that the government should do a good job in the following aspects: familiarity with the WTO trade rules, making full use of the green box support policies, reforming the agricultural trade system, strengthening We should tackle the application of technical barriers to trade and establish a forecasting and early warning system for agricultural products and a system for preventing operational risks so as to promote the competitiveness of agricultural products in international trade.
