课程是人类已有经验和教师、学生个人生活经验的结合,因而新课程强调,教学是教师与学生间、学生与学生间的交流、互动的过程。在这里师生之间、学生与学生之间分享彼此的思考、经验和知识,交流彼此的情感、体验与观念,在这种交流中生成新的知识,求得新的发展。备课作为教师的一种日常工作,正在发生很大的变化。这种变化,一方面表现在备课的策略上,另一方面也表现在备课的形式上。
