我国目前未成年人犯罪问题日益严重,如何加强对犯罪未成年人的司法保护是我国立法、司法、执法机关应当予以重视的问题。解决这个问题,首先要明确犯罪未成年人的特殊性,清楚我国目前立法、司法中的缺陷不足,才能够对症下药。此外,要从细节、具体制度出发探索,最后促使一套完整的司法保护体系的建成,作为我国完善社会主义法律体系的一部分,全面、充分保护犯罪好未成年人的权益。
At present, the problem of juvenile delinquency in our country is getting worse day by day. How to strengthen the judicial protection of the juvenile delinquents is a problem that our legislative, judicial and law enforcement agencies should pay attention to.
