随着新课程改革的不断深入,初中美术教学工作也步入了教学改革的快车道,各种新的教学理念、新的教学模式与教学手段,在初中美术教学中得到了广泛运用。作为初中美术教师,应当充分领悟新课程改革的要求,改进与优化自身履职能力,更好地开展教育教学活动。在教学工作实践中,对新时期初中美术教师应当具备的必备履职能力进行了分析与研究,并作出简要论述。
With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform, junior high school art teaching has also entered the fast lane of teaching reform. Various new teaching concepts, new teaching modes and teaching methods have been widely used in art teaching in junior high schools. As junior high school art teacher, should fully understand the requirements of the new curriculum reform, improve and optimize their ability to perform their duties, to better carry out education and teaching activities. In the practice of teaching work, the author analyzes and studies the essential ability to perform duties of art teachers in junior and senior high schools in the new period, and gives a brief exposition.
