随着社会分工的不断细化,社会和企业对管理类人才的需求量也在逐渐增加,同时对人才的质量也相应提高。然而,在目前的中职学校的管理类专业课程教学中,仍然存在很多问题,如课程设置不合理、教学内容重理论轻实践、教学方式单一、师资力量薄弱等等。本文主要针对中职学校管理类专业课程教学中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。 With the continuous refinement of social division of labor, the demand for management talents in the society and enterprises is also gradually increasing, and the quality of personnel is also correspondingly raised. However, there are still many problems in the management of professional courses in secondary vocational schools, such as unreasonable curriculum, light practice of teaching content theory, single teaching method, weak teachers and so on. This article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the course of teaching management in secondary vocational schools and puts forward corresponding solutions.
