笔者认为,集体备课作为校本教研的重要组成部分,它在教育教学改革中具有重要作用。因此,要对其认真加以研究,并在实际操作中使之科学化、合理化,不流于形式,真正落到实处,为学校教育教学改革与发展服务。当前,在学校进行的双案导学教学模式实验中,在要求学生小组合作学习、自主探究的同时,必将更高的要求教师在独立完成各项任务的前提下,进行合作探究。集体备课作为教师合作探究的一个平台,有利于发挥集体的智慧,有效弥补教师备课过程的不足,更能使教师在思想认识上相互融注自己的教学观点,在碰撞交锋中端正自己的教学行为,从而提高教师的教学水平。集体备课共分以下几个步骤。
