阿玛诺尼(Amarone)不仅是意大利最好的葡萄酒之一,同时也是世界顶级的葡萄酒。因其酿制方法特别,酒体结构出众,酒香迷人而成为一款不可不试的珍藏级葡萄酒。此酒更一度成为诺贝尔奖晚宴的指定用酒。为酿出最好的Amarone,Nicolis酒庄在9月采摘葡萄,经过人工精选出最好的葡萄,放在席子上,于阴凉处慢慢风干,第二年2月份开始正式的酿造程序。届时葡萄的水分基本上已经吹干,所以实际上是用葡萄干在酿酒,酿造一瓶安布森阿玛诺尼所用的葡萄是普通葡萄酒用量的3倍。因为葡萄水分少,此酒的酒精度达到极品的16%,酒体非常浓厚。此酒在1990-2004年间,在欧美各大葡萄酒大赛中荣获27个奖项,足以体现出其品质卓越。
Amarone is not only one of the best wines in Italy, but also the world’s top wines. Because of its special brewing methods, superior wine body structure, charming wine and become a must-try collection of wines. This wine was once more a designated drink for the Nobel Prize dinner. To make the finest Amarone, Nicolis winery picked the grapes in September, hand-picked the finest grapes, placed them on the mat and slowly air-dried in the shade, beginning the official brewing process in February the following year. By then, the moisture in the grapes has basically been dried, so the raisins are in fact used for making wine. The grapes used to make a bottle of Amuzzo Armani are 3 times the amount of ordinary wine. Due to the small amount of grapes, the alcoholicity of this wine reaches 16% of the best, with a very strong body. During the period 1990-2004, this wine won 27 awards in the major European and American wines competitions, which is enough to show its excellent quality.
