高压氧有抑菌作用。本实验选出6种常见菌,置于不同的氧分压下,初步进行了体外高压氧抑菌观察。设备和方法一、器材设备 (一)加压舱:容积12L,水压试验100kgf/cm~2(9810kpa)。 (二)操纵台:精密压力表2只,行程分别为40kgf/cm~2和6.0kgf/cm~2(3924kPa和588.6kPa),精密度分别为0.2和0.05Skgf/cm~2。 (三)气源:氧气瓶所装医用氧的纯度为99.2％,空气瓶装压缩空气。 (四)恒温池:装有发热器及温度指示控制仪。加压舱即放置在此池之中。
Hyperbaric oxygen antibacterial effect. In this experiment, six kinds of common bacteria were selected and placed under different oxygen partial pressure.
