采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用方法分析了西洋参种子油的化学成分,从中鉴定出油酸、亚油酸、二十碳烯酸等9种脂肪酸酯,其中不饱和脂肪酸酯的含量较高,为深入开发利用西洋参提供了试验依据。
The chemical constituents of American ginseng seed oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-computer combined method. Nine fatty acid esters of oleic acid, linoleic acid and eicosenoic acid were identified. Among them, the content of unsaturated fatty acid ester was High, provide the experimental basis for the further development and utilization of American ginseng.
