延迟退休及老龄化的到来,使得工程管理专业本科毕业生将会有至少43年的职业生涯,以及超过20年的退休生活。面对60多年的未来,从全生命周期的角度来进行职业规划显得非常有必要。本文将职业生涯分为:学习投入期、成长期、成熟期和转型期四个阶段,并结合专业技术岗位、技术加管理、技术加管理或创业三种职业发展路径,来分别分析不同阶段和不同路径下的年收入变动情况。在此基础上建议在大学期间,要学好开设的课程;以及在不同的职业阶段,各有偏重地掌握好工程技术和管理等相关技能。
