胶东花饽饽是中国山东省胶东半岛(1)所特有的面食品种,饽饽就是平时的馒头,但是胶东花饽饽并不是普通的馒头,而是有着多种造型花样、栩栩如生的饽饽。其中威海文登的胶东花饽饽民俗曾于2009年被收入山东省省级非物质文化遗产。可以说,花饽饽一直是胶东人家祭祀拜祖、逢年过节、婚丧嫁娶等各种人生大事中不可或缺的一部分,更是成为胶东地区独特饮食文化习俗的重要载体。本论文以央视早年拍摄的纪录片《农广天地:胶东花饽饽》和《新闻联播》报道等为探究体裁,以胶东花饽饽为主要探究对象,试图藉此一探胶东地区的饮食习惯背后的方言民俗,及其中折射出的深层文化心理特点。
Jiaodong flower 饽 饽 is a peculiar pasta variety in Jiaodong Peninsula (1) in Shandong Province, China. 饽 饽 is usually a steamed bread, but Jiaodong Flower 饽 饽 is not an ordinary bread, but has a variety of styling, lifelike 饽 饽. Among them, Weihai Wendeng’s Jiaodong Flower Clover Folk was once collected as a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage in Shandong Province in 2009. It can be said that the flower 饽 饽 has always been an indispensable part of various life events in the Jiaodong people worship sacrificial holidays, weddings and funerals, but also become an important carrier of Jiaodong region’s unique diet culture and customs. This paper explores the genre of the documentary “Agong World: Jiaodong Flower 饽 饽” and “News Network” filmed in the early years of CCTV. Taking the Jiaodong Flower 饽 饽 as the main research object, this paper attempts to explore the behind of the dietary habit of Jiaodong Dialect folklore, and the deep cultural and psychological characteristics reflected in it.
