本文首次采用UPLC-IT-TOF/MS方法对金银花和它的四倍体九丰一号的化学成分进行了比较分析。采用C_(18)超微色谱柱(100mm×2.1mm,1.8μm)进行分离,乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相梯度洗脱。根据精确分子量、特征性MS~2离子碎片和各类化合物的裂解规律,结合对照品和参考文献,从金银花和九丰一号中共鉴定了30个化合物,其中11个酚酸类,10个环烯醚萜类,8个黄酮类和1个皂苷类。比较分析结果表明,金银花含有全部30个化合物,而九丰一号只含有21个;此外二者各共有峰所占的相对比例也不一样,说明二者化学成分存在着较大差异。
This article for the first time using UPLC-IT-TOF / MS method of honeysuckle and its tetraploid nine chemical composition of a comparative analysis. The separation was performed on a C 18 Ultrafine column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.8 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid. According to the cleavage rules of accurate molecular weight, characteristic MS ~ 2 ion fragments and various compounds, combined with the reference materials and references, 30 compounds were identified from the honeysuckle and Jiufeng No. 1, including 11 phenolic acids and 10 rings Iridoids, eight flavonoids and one saponin. The comparative analysis shows that the honeysuckle contains all 30 compounds, while the nine abundance of one contains only 21; In addition, the share of the total share of the relative proportions are not the same, indicating that there is a big difference between the two chemical composition.
