近年来跨国公司在华投资已出现独资控股的趋势。与合资企业相比,跨国公司独资控股企业的技术水平提高,研发投入增多,与国内企业的联系和竞争加强,技术溢出效应的基础强化。另一方面,跨国公司通过掌握企业的控制权、专利保护和研发人员管理等措施,控制或防范其技术外溢。因此必须从强化国内市场竞争,提升内资企业技术模仿和吸收能力及改进人才管理机制等方面采取措施,扩大跨国公司的技术溢出效应。
In recent years, the investment of multinational corporations in China has emerged as a sole holding trend. Compared with joint ventures, the technology level of wholly-owned holding enterprises of multinational corporations increased, the investment in research and development increased, the links and competition with domestic enterprises were strengthened, and the basis of technological spillovers was strengthened. On the other hand, MNCs control or prevent their technology spillovers by grasping the control of enterprises, patent protection and R & D personnel management. Therefore, we must take measures to strengthen the competition in the domestic market, enhance the technology imitation and absorption capacity of domestic-funded enterprises and improve the talent management mechanism, and expand the technology spillover effects of multinational corporations.
