对变速磨削系统稳定性进行了理论和试验分析。通过变换将变速磨削系统的变时滞动力学方程转换成周期系数的常时滞二阶参数激励振动微分方程,从而应用参数激励振动系统的Floquet理论确定变速磨削系统的稳定性极限。理论分析和试验结果表明,变速磨削能有效地提高磨削系统稳定性。
The stability of variable speed grinding system is analyzed theoretically and experimentally. The stability of variable speed grinding system is determined by the Floquet theory of parametrically excited vibration system by transforming the variable delay dynamic equation of variable speed grinding system into the periodic differential second order parametric excitation differential equation with periodic coefficients. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that variable speed grinding can effectively improve the stability of grinding system.
