财务预算管理在整个企业在发展的过程中起到十分重要的位置,像国内的一些运行较好的大型企业是离不开财务预算管理政策的执行,企业设置完善的财务预算管理,可以有效的控制成本,实现长期发展战略。但是目前国内中小企业的管理者对财务预算的意识较为薄弱,只是很简单的把重点放在营业额上,并没有重视成本控制和预算管理这些环节,所以会出现一些企业在发展的过程中运行受阻。本文针对目前财务预算中存在的问题做出说明并提出自己的观点,希望对有需要的企业提供一些帮助。
