以欣赏性德育理念为指导,综合运用多元化评价模式,针对欣赏性评价的方式方法展开研究探索,扩大评价的广度、维度,挖掘多种形式的评价手段。从以下四个方面进行实践总结:评价语言的艺术化;评价方面的广泛化;评价方式的多样化;评价主体的多元化。通过日常教育教学,渗透以上各类欣赏性评价的方式方法,着眼长期关注学生个体,力求通过欣赏性评价唤起学生的自信,激发学生的潜能,使学生得到更好的发展。
Adhering to the concept of sexual moral education, we should comprehensively use diversified evaluation modes, conduct research and exploration on the ways and means of appreciative evaluations, expand the breadth and dimension of evaluation, and explore various means of evaluation. From the following four aspects of the practice are summarized: the art of evaluation language; extensive evaluation; diversity of evaluation methods; evaluation of the main diversity. Through everyday education and teaching, we can infiltrate the ways and means of appreciating various kinds of above, focus on the long-term concern of individual students, and strive to arouse students ’self-confidence through appreciation appreciation so as to arouse students’ potential and make students develop better.
