本文通过对三种光电变换元件性能的对比分析,优选出适合作为柴油机燃烧火焰光强检测的光电变换元件。在考虑众多因素的基础上设计了柴油机燃烧火焰光强传感器,并研制了柴油机着火滞燃期微机检测系统。该系统可精确地检测柴油机物理滞燃期、冷焰持续期、蓝焰持续期和发光滞燃期,为柴油机着火滞燃期进行深入研究提供了可靠的测试装置。
In this paper, through comparative analysis of the performance of the three photoelectric conversion elements, the photoelectric conversion element suitable for the detection of flame intensity of diesel engine flame is optimized. Based on many factors, a diesel engine combustion light intensity sensor was designed and a microcomputer detection system of diesel engine ignition lag period was developed. The system can accurately detect the physical retardation of diesel engine, the duration of the cold flame, the duration of the blue flame and the glittering period, which provides a reliable test device for further study on the ignition delay of the diesel engine.
