11月3日至4日,由国土资源部矿产开发管理司、规划司,中国矿业联合会,中国治理荒漠化基金会和四川省攀枝花市政府共同主办的2007中国矿业循环经济论坛在攀枝花市举办。论坛由中国矿业联合会常务副会长曾绍金主持,国土资源部规划司副司长鞠建华及四川省国土资源厅有关负责人出席,攀枝花市副市长赵辉致辞。来自全国各地的180多名专家、学者和部分企业代表齐聚一堂,围绕“保护资源,保护环境,构建和谐矿业”主题,以演讲、座谈会等形式,积极探讨矿业循环经济发展的新思路、新举措,相互交流矿业循环经济发展的新经验、新方法。论坛期间,代表们通过了《2007年中国矿业循环经济攀枝花宣言》,一致承诺要把循环经济理念贯穿于矿产资源领域各个环节,实现矿业经济的可持续发展,推动生态文明建设。代表们同时倡议,在各级政府主导下,矿山企业、高等院校、科研院所、行业协会等相关单位承担起各自的社会责任,立即行动起来,从我做起,从本单位做起,从现在做起,共同推进我国矿业循环经济的发展,为“保护资源、保护环境、构建和谐矿业”作出新贡献。
From November 3 to November 4, 2007 China Mining Recycling Economy Forum, co-sponsored by the Ministry of Land Resources and Mineral Resources Development and Management Division, the Planning Department, China Mining Association, China Foundation for Desertification Control and the Sichuan Provincial Panzhihua Municipal Government, was held in Panzhihua City. The forum was chaired by Zeng Shaojin, executive vice president of China Mining Association. Ju Jianhua, deputy director of Planning Department of Ministry of Land and Resources, and relevant officials from Sichuan Provincial Department of Land and Resources attended the event. Zhao Hui, vice mayor of Panzhihua City, addressed the forum. More than 180 experts, scholars and some business representatives from all over the country came together to actively discuss the theme of “protecting resources, protecting the environment and building a harmonious mining industry”, and actively discussing the development of recycling economy in the form of speeches and symposiums Ideas, new measures, exchange of new experiences and new methods of mining recycling economy development. During the forum, the delegates adopted the “2007 Declaration of China Mining Recycling Economy Panzhihua Declaration”, unanimously promised to circular economy concept throughout all aspects of mineral resources in the field, to achieve sustainable development of mining economy and promote the building of ecological civilization. At the same time, the deputies advocated that, under the leadership of governments at all levels, relevant units such as mining enterprises, institutions of higher learning, research institutes and trade associations should assume their respective social responsibilities and take immediate actions to start from me and from this unit, From now on, we will jointly promote the development of circular economy in mining in our country and make new contributions to “protecting resources, protecting the environment and building a harmonious mining industry.”
