在毛主席“自力更生”、“艰苦奋斗”的伟大方针指引下,新民县机械林场的广大工人、干部、技术人员以阶级斗争为纲,坚持党的基本路线,注意了对森林资源的综合利用。土法上马,土洋结合,克服了场小,设备差,技术水平低等难关,自制成功了一套小型刨花板生产设备,现已正式投产。年产量为200立方米,产品质量达到国家标准。
