目的 评论Ⅰ期睾丸精原细胞瘤术后放疗的价值。方法 1992年1月～1997年12月收治的24例术后均经病理证实的Ⅰ期精原细胞瘤,7例行腹主动脉旁和腹股沟区分野照射,剂量30～50Cy。17例行“狗腿野”(不分野)照射,剂量25～35Gy。结果 1例病人放疗后2个月发生肺转移。无肾、膀胱、小肠等并发症。结论 病人行高位睾丸摘除术后应常规行隔下淋巴引流区“狗腿野”预防照射,剂量以25Gy为宜,阴囊不必照射。
Objective To evaluate the value of postoperative radiotherapy for stage I testicular seminoma. Methods From January 1992 to December 1997, 24 cases of pathologically confirmed stage I seminomas were treated. Seven cases were divided into abdominal aortic and inguinal regions with a dose of 30-50Cy. 17 cases of “dog leg field” (non-differentiated) irradiation dose of 25 ~ 35Gy. Results One patient had lung metastasis 2 months after radiotherapy. No kidney, bladder, small intestine and other complications. Conclusion After high-level testicular enucleation, the patients should be routinely treated with “Leggy Dog” in the lymphatic drainage area. The dosage should be 25 Gy, and the scrotum need not be irradiated.
