从投入产出的角度构建了区域技术转移效率评价体系,运用DEA方法对我国30个省(直辖市、自治区)的技术转移效率进行了实证分析。结果表明:(1)不同省区技术转移效率差异较大,且从技术市场视角看这些省区中输出技术与吸纳技术省区呈“1:1”的结构特征;(2)60%以上的省区在技术转移投入产出规模方面存在改善空间;(3)投入产出结构不合理是导致13个省区技术效率偏低的根本原因,且投影分析表明它们的投入平均改进幅度可达27.46%,产出平均改进幅度达到17.99%。
From the perspective of input-output, this paper constructs a regional technology transfer efficiency evaluation system, and uses DEA method to empirically analyze the technology transfer efficiency of 30 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in China.
