比较了某体育馆屋盖空间异型钢管相贯节点的承载力分析方法,并对该节点提出了设计建议。在通过非线性数值模拟确定节点承载力和破坏形式的基础之上,将其简化为4种类型基本节点并采用规范公式进行承载力计算,最后由足尺试验验证。结果表明:主管壁上的应力发展很不均匀;节点的破坏为受拉支管发生过度变形的破坏形式,应增加其有效受力面积以提高节点承载力。通过结果对比,说明运用数值模拟方法确定异型相贯节点的工作性能和极限承载力是一种有效的方法。
The method to analyze the bearing capacity of shaped steel tubular cross-section joints in a gymnasium roof is compared and the design suggestions are proposed. Based on the nonlinear numerical simulation to determine the node bearing capacity and failure form, this method is simplified into four types of basic nodes and the formula is used to calculate the bearing capacity, and finally verified by the full scale test. The results show that the stress distribution in the main wall is very uneven. The failure of the joint is the form of over-deformation of the tensioned branch pipe. The effective bearing area should be increased to improve the bearing capacity of the joint. The comparison of the results shows that it is an effective method to determine the workability and ultimate bearing capacity of the cross-shaped joints by numerical simulation.
