当前,一个向哈尔滨药材总公司学习,积极开展“承诺服务”,争创“放心药店,放心药房”的活动,已在全国中医药行业蓬勃兴起。作为药品经营的主渠道,国营老字号药店,如何在承诺服务中体现自身特点,闯出自己的路子,已成为我们白塔寺药品经营公司每一个职工关注的大事。半年多来,从为“三承诺”的出台而震动,到跻身京城医药行业首批“消费者满意商店”的行列,我们经过了一段难忘的历程。实践中由于坚持以药品质量为生命线,对照典型自找差距,自加压力,自我奋进;提倡从我做起,扎扎实实重塑国有企业社会形象,使工作收到了初步成效。我们的主要体会是:
