　　Objective: Homocysteine(Hcy)plays important roles in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease.It has been demonstrated that hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy)can reduce endothelial dependent relaxation.Atrial cardiomyocytes synthesize and store atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)and release the stored ANP into the bloodstream.
