　　GPR120 is member of free fatty acid(FFA)receptors,and its defect leads to metabolic diseases such as obesity.A series of non-FFA agonists for GPR120 were reported,and it is reported that grifolic acid was a partial agonist of GPR120.We discovered the expression of GPR120 in GH3 cells,the pituitary adenoma cells that secret growth hormone and prolactin.In this study,the effects of GPR120 agonists on GH3 cells were observed with measurement of cell activity,intracellular ATP levels and mitochondrial membrane potential.
