针对兰新铁路CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道道床板在恶劣环境下易开裂的问题,在分析技术难点的基础上,从混凝土材料和施工两个方面提出了兰新铁路CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道道床板混凝土抗裂技术措施。在低收缩混凝土制备方面,确定了“低胶材用量、低用水量、低坍落度和高含气量”(三低一高)的混凝土配制原则,提出了基于内养护的高抗裂混凝土制备技术,并对内养护材料的作用机制进行了详细阐述。在混凝土施工方面,提出了与结构和环境特征相适应的混凝土施工工艺、节水养护技术和温度应力释放措施。实践证明,所采取的混凝土抗裂技术效果良好。
Aiming at the problem of easy cracking of CRTS Ⅰ double-block ballastless track ballast of Lan-Xin Railway in harsh environment and based on the analysis of technical difficulties, this paper presents the CRTSⅠ-type double block of Lan-Xin Railway from two aspects of concrete materials and construction.砟 rail track bed slab concrete cracking technical measures. In the aspect of concrete construction, concrete construction technology, water conservation technology and temperature stress release measures are put forward according to the characteristics of structure and environment. Practice has proved that the anti-cracking technology used concrete effect is good.
