新一轮课程改革是我国教育改革的又一个里程碑。毋庸置疑,课改对我们教师提出了新的更高的要求,从思想观念到思维方式,从教学原则到教学方法都要有一个新的转变。但值得注意的是,在培训过程中培训者往往强调的是新的教育理念的灌输以及教师教育能力的提高,对教师面对这一挑战的心理适应性却未能予以足够的关注。多年的教育教学实践表明,教师心理适应性如何将直接影响到教师积极性、主动性、创造性以及教学潜能的发挥,并终将影响新课程改革的得与失、成与败。本文试图分析教师在新课改进程中可能出现的几种典型的心理不适及其成因,并提出克服这些心理困惑的方法,以呼吁全社会给予教师更多的心理关怀。
The new round of curriculum reform is another milestone in China’s education reform. Undoubtedly, the curriculum reform has put forward new and higher requirements for our teachers. From the ideological conception to the thinking mode, from the teaching principle to the teaching method, there must be a new change. However, it is worth noting that during training, trainers often emphasize the inculcation of new educational concepts and teachers’ ability to improve their educational abilities. However, the psychological adaptability of teachers to meet this challenge has not been paid sufficient attention. Many years of teaching practice have shown that how teachers ’psychological adaptability will directly affect teachers’ enthusiasm, initiative, creativity and teaching potentials will ultimately affect the gains, losses, successes and failures of the new curriculum reform. This article attempts to analyze the typical psychological discomforts and their causes that teachers may appear in the course of new curriculum reform and put forward ways to overcome these psychological puzzles in order to appeal to the whole society to give teachers more psychological care.
