一个成熟的、高素质的领导干部,不仅应具有过硬的德才勤绩,而且还应有很高的群众威信。这种威信的树立往往需要依赖于只可意会、难以言传的领导气质、魅力和艺术。这里归纳一些领导干部“树立威信”的方法和经验。 深思熟虑 有的放矢 在群众的眼里,领导者首先是一个明白人,是一个头脑清醒、思维敏捷、有深谋远虑和真知灼见的人,凡是有威信的领导干部,通常认识事物比较客观、全面,有独到见解;分析事物一分为二,能透过现象抓住本质;研究问题或制定决策能做到深思熟虑、有的放矢;没有考虑成熟的问题不乱发议论,
A mature and highly qualified leading cadre should not only have excellent moral and hard-working achievements, but also have a high mass prestige.
