近年来,我国普遍存在着用水轮机调速器的考核指标——转速变化,作为考核水轮机调速系统空载稳态的唯一标准,忽视了对水轮机调速系统其他两个组成部分——主接力器(代表水轮机稳态特性)和油压装置的考核。本文通过葛洲坝二江电厂两种不同型号的水轮机调速系统现场调试的实践,充分考虑机组安全与经济运行,阐明了其空载稳态品质的全面考核指标,探讨了其空载稳态时转速变化、接力器摆动、油泵工作系数及油泵停止(或空载)运行时间等指标的相互关系,并提出了具体标准,以利于从调速这个角度来考核水轮机、调速器、油压装置的设计制造安装质量。
In recent years, there is ubiquitous evaluation index of turbine governor in our country - speed change, as the only criterion to evaluate the no-load steady state of turbine governor system, ignoring the other two components of turbine governor system-the main relay (On behalf of turbine steady-state characteristics) and hydraulic device assessment. In this paper, through the field commissioning of two different types of turbine governor system in Gezhouba Erjiang Power Plant, the safety and economic operation of generating units are fully taken into account. The comprehensive evaluation index of steady state quality of no-load is expounded. Changes, the relay swing, the pump operating coefficient and the pump stopped (or no load) running time and other indicators of the interrelationship and put forward specific standards to facilitate the assessment of speed from the perspective of turbines, governors, hydraulic devices Design and manufacture of installation quality.
