《新课改纲要》指出“要改变课程过分注重知识传授的倾向,强调形成积极主动的学习态度,使获得基础知识与基本技能的过程同时成为学会学习和形成正确的价值观的过程”。因此,新课改对教师提出了新的要求,我们教师应该尽快提高自身素质、更新教育理念、转变教学方式,努力地进行角色转换,做好一名反思型、创新型的高中物理教师。
The Outline of New Curriculum Reform states that “to change the tendency of the curriculum to place undue emphasis on imparting knowledge, emphasizing the formation of a proactive learning attitude and making the process of acquiring basic knowledge and basic skills both a process of learning to learn and forming the correct values”. Therefore, the new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for teachers. Our teachers should improve their own quality as soon as possible, update their educational philosophy, change their teaching methods, try their best to change their roles, and do well a reflective and innovative high school physics teacher.
