采用问卷与访谈的方式对合江、叙永、古蔺三个贫困县区的农村小学教师师资状况开展调研。通过调查和统计分析,结果发现:村级小学严重缺乏“全科型”教师;现有教师跨学科能力缺乏,无法较好胜任小学全科教学;教学网点分散、班额小,教师工作量大;教师整体素质偏低,教学质量得不到保证;青年教师流动性大;近几年新近教师专业不对口、师范性不强;新近教师基本功和课堂实际教育教学能力差。
By means of questionnaires and interviews, we conducted a survey on the status of rural primary school teachers in three impoverished counties, Hejiang, Xuyong and Gulin. Through investigation and statistical analysis, the results show that: the lack of “generalized” teachers in village primary schools; the lack of interdisciplinary capacity of existing teachers and the less-than-complete teaching of primary schools; the scattered teaching sites, small classes and teachers’ work The quality of teachers can not be guaranteed; the mobility of young teachers is large; in recent years, new teachers are not suitable for their majors and their normality is not strong; the basic skills of new teachers and their ability of teaching in real classrooms are poor.
