目的了解7~9岁儿童六龄牙龋齿情况,探讨儿童与父母之间口腔卫生知识及行为态度的关系。方法采用整群随机抽样方法抽取檐州市3所小学中7~9岁儿童846名进行第1磨牙龋齿检查,对其中248名学生及家长相关口腔卫生知识及行为进行问卷调查,用SPSS 13.0统计分析。结果儿童六龄牙龋患率为41.37%,其中男36.22%,女46.93%;7、8、9岁儿童六龄牙龋患率分别为35.48%、40.96%、42.03%。每天刷牙2次及以上、每次刷牙3 min、每二三个月更换1次牙刷、采用竖刷法刷牙的比例学生分别为48.39%、30.24%、46.37%、15.32%,家长分别为66.53%、50.81%、66.13%、19.76%;认为牙齿需要定期检查的学生为61.69%,家长为72.87%;儿童与家长的卫生知识及行为态度差异有统计学意义(r_s>0.11,P<0.05)。获得口腔卫生知识的主要途径学生是口腔医护人员,家长是电视或广播,所占比例分别为24.6%、20.16%。结论调查的儿童六龄牙龋患率较高,学生和家长口腔卫生知识缺乏,二者都需要深入开展健康教育,进一步提高儿童口腔健康水平。
Objective To understand the situation of dental caries in children aged 7 ~ 9 years with six-year-old teeth and to explore the relationship between oral hygiene knowledge and behavior among children and their parents. Methods A total of 846 children from 7 to 9 years old from 3 primary schools in Canzhou City were enrolled in this study. The results of questionnaire survey on oral health knowledge and behaviors of 248 students and their parents were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 analysis. Results The prevalence of dental caries was 41.37% in six-year-old children, including 36.22% for males and 46.93% for females. The six-year-old children with dental caries were 35.48%, 40.96% and 42.03%, respectively. Brushing teeth 2 times a day and above, each brushing 3 min, every two or three months to replace a toothbrush, the brush method of vertical brushing students were 48.39%, 30.24%, 46.37%, 15.32%, parents were 66.53% , 50.81%, 66.13% and 19.76% respectively. There was a significant difference between children and parents in health knowledge and behavior attitude (r_s> 0.11, P <0.05), which means 61.69% of dental students need regular examination and 72.87% of parents. The main way to get oral health knowledge Students are dental workers, parents are television or radio, respectively, the proportion of 24.6%, 20.16%. Conclusions The prevalence of dental caries in the six-year-old children was higher than that in the survey. There was a lack of oral health knowledge among students and parents. Both of them needed further health education to further improve children’s oral health.
